Our school provides the same instructor-led, course-scheduled learning experience
that a brick and mortar school offers, but conducts the midwifery didactic and clinical practicum
courses 100% online. Our program offers the best of both worlds:
Since you are not geographically bound to a campus location,
You can train for your new career goal while staying in your home community.
You will be attending a school without walls and giving back to your home community
by working with local parents and midwives.Evidence-based, practice-oriented, clinically grounded and academically rigorous,
Our school’ s courses lead to a Certificate in Midwifery which compliments and augments
the Certified Professional Midwife credential.
Our current certificate program provides full preparation to qualify for and pass the NARM exam,
complete the PEP process and become a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM).Our program strives to meet the most stringent state licensure standards.
We will work with you to develop a personalized, educational plan designed to meet
the state standards for licensure you will need when you finish your program.
In advance of license applications we can work with your state based licensing agency to make
certain our classes will qualify you for a midwifery license. If you are uncertain if your home state or the state you intend to practice
in is a legally recognized state, see the following websites for more information:Midwives of North AmericaThe Big Push for MidwivesIf you have any questions about the
